About Me! Who Am I?


Hi, I’m Denise Hageman.

I bring over 25 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist and more than a decade as a Holistic Health Practitioner. In my 30s, my health took a sharp turn – I gained 70 pounds, felt constantly exhausted, and struggled with anxiety and depression. The emotional toll of feeling unwell and unhappy in my body was overwhelming.

As someone working in healthcare, I recognized the dangerous path I was on, with risks of chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and more. I knew something had to change.

Tired of feeling drained and stuck, I decided to take action. I started with one simple step – swapping my breakfast for nutrient-packed smoothies filled with protein, healthy fats, and plenty of fruits and vegetables. It didn’t take long to notice the difference – more energy, stable moods, and moving towards my weight goals.
